Sadie had a great first birthday. Many were there to celebrate. She wasn't quite sure what to think of everyone watching her but I think she realized this was a special day. She hasn't wanted real food since her birthday cake....once you go sweet you never go back!
"Do you want some mommy?"
Not so sure about what this is.....and how to get this goodness inside me!

She loves her new horse. She held on so so tight!

I learned how to make butter cream roses online. Don't look too close.
The cake kind of reminded me of a 50th wedding anniversary cake....oh well. I wanted to do another flower but couldn't find how to do it.

Good job on making the cake. I thought it looked like you got it at a bakery and trust me if you ever check out the blog cakewrecks, you did a better job. I love that once you go sweet you never go back. Amen sister. Here I am at my desk eating milk duds. Yep.

So fun Brooke! Sadie is such a cutie. You need to post pics of your new home.

That cake looks so good!!! I am proud of you. Sadie is so adorable! I can't believe she is one already. Give her kisses for me. How is your new house? Love ya!
You know. . . my first thought when i saw that cake was is it Sadie's birthday or Grandma's? Just kidding, Brooke. I'm actually quite jealous. It looks really good. You've always been very artistic! Thanks again for letting us crash at your joint last weekend. We had a blast. You were a beautiful hostess! Love you so much!
